Return / Refund Policy
All payments are net 15 and due no more than 15 days after a completed service. Any fees and/or payments paid to Windy City Dog Walkers Inc. are non-refundable except for the following circumstances: if we wrongly charged your credit card or if a dog walker does not perform a scheduled dog walk for reasons that are directly attributable to Windy City Dog Walkers Inc. or the dog walker. If you believe that you have been wrongfully charged an amount by us for any reason you may request a refund within 30 days of the scheduled service. You must notify us in writing by sending an email to email@example.com. Please be aware that we cannot consider any refund request unless provided details of the disputed transaction, including relevant dates, payment details, and a explanation as to why the amount is disputed or documentation that a scheduled service did not take place. If you are entitled to a refund but instead prefer that we credit your account please let us know and we will accommodate your request.
